HELIOS Software announced updates to its WebShare Manager, which delivers fast, secure Relevant Products/Services file transfer, remote Relevant Products/Services, two-way folder and file sync for network Relevant Products/Services users.

Unlike many "cloud Relevant Products/Services storage" and remote "hot folder" synchronization apps Relevant Products/Services, HELIOS WebShare and WebShare Manager are designed for collaboration Relevant Products/Services, with multi-user access to designated files, and enterprise Relevant Products/Services grade security.

LAN Relevant Products/Services users working with files residing on their corporate file servers can access the same files remotely after leaving the office.

No copies of critical or sensitive files are needed on any vendor's cloud storage.

Common applications of WebShare Manager include:

• Remote workflows – Users can conveniently and securely access the latest server documents and work remotely. Their updated documents are then synced back to the server.

• Remote project collaboration – WebShare multi-user support facilitates collaboration, allowing authorized individuals and group members to access project files and folders that reside on the company's intranet server, right on their local computer Relevant Products/Services. Automatic synchronization with versioning support ensures that all users are working with the latest versions.

• Remote backups – Automatically backup Relevant Products/Services files from a workstation or laptop Relevant Products/Services to a remote HELIOS WebShare server, allowing remote offices and laptops to be integrated into the corporate backup system.

HELIOS WebShare enables secure remote access to server files via any web browser. Authorized users can navigate the file system, or use Spotlight search to find files.

HELIOS WebShare Manager is the powerful client application for Mac, Windows, or UNIX/Linux computers, that provides convenient access to frequently used server files and project data Relevant Products/Services on the local workstation.
