NEW YORK, April 24, 2012, -- Infor, a leading provider of business application software Relevant Products/Services serving more than 70,000 customers, today announced that C.H. Briggs Company, one of the largest independently-owned distributors of interior and specialty building products in the United States, will go live this week on Inforce Everywhere, marking the first implementation of the application developed by Infor on Force.com, salesforce.com's cloud Relevant Products/Services platform for the social enterprise Relevant Products/Services. Connecting Infor ERP and Salesforce Relevant Products/Services CRM will provide the company a 360-degree view of its customers to help drive sales and increase customer Relevant Products/Services satisfaction. The implementation of Inforce Everywhere at C.H. Briggs will come just six weeks after Infor first announced availability of the product.

C.H. Briggs relies on Infor10 Distribution iBusiness (A+) to automate core processes, including inventory management Relevant Products/Services, order entry, financial management, and sales operations across its four distribution centers which service 15 states along the eastern seaboard. Inforce Everywhere will share real-time data Relevant Products/Services between Infor10 Distribution iBusiness and Salesforce CRM, helping C.H. Briggs bring the power of the back-office to the front-office with up-to-the-minute information about the status of customers' quotes, orders, shipments, invoices, payments, and returns.

Infor10 ION technology, Infor's lightweight middleware framework, facilitates two-way communication between ERP and Salesforce, so that relevant customer data entered in ERP automatically updates Salesforce, and vice versa. Inforce Everywhere includes functionality, fields, and screens specifically for Inforce Everywhere and salesforce.com customers, helping to:
