MaintenanceNet, Inc., a provider of service contract management and automation solutions, has expanded its U.S. headquarters facility while also adding to its leadership team as it responds to growing global demand for its service revenue automation technology. With new global manufacturers and several new IT channel customers signed this year, including key technology distributors in Australia, MaintenanceNet's worldwide reach now extends across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
This quarter, the company nearly doubled its existing office space in Carlsbad, Calif. to make room for new hires as well as a state-of-the-art development center designed specifically to spark innovation through improved engineering collaboration. The company's technical team is using the center to actively evolve and enhance MaintenanceNet's cloud-based Service360 software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, which drives incremental revenue for manufacturers, distributors and their channel partners through more effective and simplified service sales.
"It's an exciting time in our growth as we add new features and innovations to our service revenue automation platform while serving a broader mix of customers around the globe," said Scott Herron, CEO of MaintenanceNet. "Our team is working hard to continue to steer our customers toward capturing the full potential of the service sales opportunity that is available to them, while also enabling the IT channel with automation and self-help tools aimed at increasing revenue and profits by reducing the time and costs associated with selling services."
