WESTPORT, Conn., September 25, 2012 -- Integrated online sales and marketing consultancy Etailing Solutions today announced the addition of Danny Silverman as Director of Sales Support. Silverman joins Etailing Solutions from Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies where he was most recently Senior Manager of eCommerce Development. Etailing Solutions, part of the Hyper Marketing, Inc. network Relevant Products/Services, is an integrated ecommerce consulting agency that provides brands with a distinctive suite of services including data Relevant Products/Services services and analytics/insights, strategy development, sales support and digital execution.

In his most recent role at Johnson & Johnson, Silverman led the Amazon Relevant Products/Services team to triple digit sales growth, expanded its global Amazon partnership and established a sustainable business model for long-term, strategic growth. He also broadened the team's capabilities around product catalog management Relevant Products/Services, price and marketplace monitoring, and multi-channel support. Prior to joining the J&J eCommerce team, Silverman developed best-in-class shopper loyalty, trade, and category management solutions for major retailers including CVS and Dollar General, as well as stints in Brand Marketing.

Silverman has a B.A. in Psychology and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. A Rhode Island native, he resides with his family in Sharon, Mass.
